Return Policy

Our Return and Refund Policy allows a 30-day window from the date of delivery for eligible requests. To ensure a smooth process, all confirmations and requests are handled via email.

Terms and Conditions

Eligibility criteria for returns or refunds:

  • Product purchased directly from our online shop at iberoom.com.
  • Product is new, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • Issues prompting a return or refund are rooted in manufacturing or delivery processes.
  • Customer submits a request via email to support@iberoom.com within 30 days from delivery.

Specific Terms and Processes

Faulty or Damaged Products

  • Contact support@iberoom.com in the case of product failure, attaching proof of defect or damage for order identification.
  • Within 2 business days, we will assess and respond to the customer’s email regarding the return request.
  • If confirmed as defective, we will provide a Return label to the customer via email.
  • The customer downloads, prints the Return label, affixes it to the product, and sends it back to us.
  • Upon confirmation of the returned package, we initiate a refund (100% product price, excluding $6.99 shipping fee) or replacement per customer agreement. Replacement lead time is as for a new order.

  • Order ID or screenshot of payment display.

Proof of Defect or Damage (Recommended)

  • Picture of original package and product inside
  • Picture of damage or defect
  • Video of opening package

Wrong Delivery or Missing Order

  • In case of wrong product delivery or a belief that an order is missing, contact us at support@iberoom.com.
  • Within 2 business days, we confirm the order status and proceed with a refund for the customer.

Please note that we are not responsible for wrong delivery addresses or customer-order errors. Confirm your delivery and billing details before and after placing an order.

Customer Dissatisfaction with Design, Size, or Color

  • If a customer is dissatisfied with the product upon arrival, contact us at support@iberoom.com, providing detailed dissatisfaction information.
  • The process mirrors that of faulty products.

Note: To prevent dissatisfaction with model, size, color, thickness, or other specifications, please read the product description carefully before placing an order.

Cancellation Policy

  • No return is accepted for canceled orders.
  • Refund amounts are based on the time of the request email sent by the customer:
    • Within 6 hours from placing the order: 100% refund of the paid amount
    • From 6 to 12 hours from placing the order: 50% refund of the paid amount
    • After 12 hours from placing the order: Request is no longer valid. The order is processed and delivered unless the customer agrees not to receive the products.

Refund Policy

  • Once your refund request is approved, the process is completed within 5 – 7 business days.
  • Please allow 1 – 3 days for the refunded amount to appear in your account, depending on your bank’s policies.
