Shipping Policy

Return and Refund Policy

Time Window: Within 30 days from delivery. Product Status: New and unused in the original package. A rug unrolled for inspection is still considered new and unused. Acceptable Issues for Return or Refund:

Dissatisfaction with Product Quality

Cancellation of Order:

Refund Policy

    • Standard delivery cost (if any) is non-refundable.

Replacement Request:

    • The new lead time is counted from the date of request approval.
